ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Travemünde
The ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Travemünde is located directly on the extensive beach promenade of Travemünde with a panoramic view over the Bay of Lübeck. Opened in 1914 as a spa house and later used as a casino, the Art Nouveau building has 73 rooms and suites, each individually decorated with charm and attention to detail. Six function rooms and a historic ballroom for up to 400 people make the ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Travemünde the ideal venue for events of any size.
Homemade North German and international specialties – interpreted in a modern and surprising way – can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace of Holstein’s restaurant overlooking the Baltic Sea. Seasonal and regional products, preferably from local producers, play a major role in the kitchen – in addition to freshly caught Baltic fish, game from local forests or regional classics from Holstein beef to kale. A place to go for sophisticated drinks is Seven C’s Bar. In summer, you can enjoy homemade ice cream in the hotel’s own ice cream parlor. The 600-square-meter spa and wellness area with a 20-meter pool pampers guests with wellness treatments, sauna, steam baths and sanarium. In fine weather, massages are also available in the pavilion of the hotel garden facing the sea.
