Son Brull

This family-run boutique hotel is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains near the town of Pollensa in the pristine north of Mallorca and it is considered one of the most luxurious establishments on the island. The Son Brull Hotel & Spa with its 27 stylishly furnished rooms & suites is located in a former Jesuit monastery from the 18th century, surrounded by vineyards and old trees. The hotel was expanded last year to include four elegant villa suites with private pool and garden. In the spa, overlooking the gentle landscape, the focus is on regionally inspired treatments. A clear connection to the destination is also evident in the culinary arts: whether casual in the bistro or fine in the gourmet restaurant 365 – which is considered the best organic restaurant on the island – ingredients from their own garden or the nearest surroundings set the tone for chef Andreu Segura.
