The Lux Collective
The Lux Collective is a global hotel operator based in Singapore and currently operating 12 resorts and hotels in Mauritius, La Réunion, the Maldives, Bodrum and China. The collective unites four brands under one roof (LUX* Resorts & Hotels, SALT, Tamassa and SOCIO). Head and CEO behind The Lux Collective is hospitality veteran Paul Jones. The Lux Collective stands for barefoot luxury, innovative concepts, authentic experiences, lived sustainability and fresh design. Above all, the Mauritian hotel group LUX* Resorts & Hotels has made an international name for itself and revolutionised the 5-star hotel market with its young and casual luxury concept. SALT, the sustainable sister brand, also successfully entered the market at the end of 2018 with the SALT of Palmar, and further SALT hotels are to follow. Opened in 2019, the LUX* North Male Atoll, the Group’s second resort in the Maldives, sets new standards in the luxury hotel industry with penthouses and private roof terraces that have never been seen before in the island state. In 2020/2021 further exciting new openings are planned, including a third boutique hotel on the historic Teepferdestraße in the Chinese region of Yunnan. Expansion in Europe, including Italy and France, is about to begin.
